We take pride in our products and our customer service, for that reason, your satisfaction is our highest priority. At checkout, please double check your order to be sure that you have chosen the correct product, or feel free to contact a dzdiscs.com expert if you are unsure. If you would like to return or exchange your product, you have 30 days to do so. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges incurred. When the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a credit for the total of your purchase minus the freight. Refurbished and Open Box items are sold as is, and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Restocking fees apply to cover the cost of our original shipping if the item originally had free shipping.
How Do I Return My Product?
The return process is simple. Just contact a dzdiscs.com customer service rep to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.
Cancellations
We usually ship orders next day, if you choose to cancel your order after your order has a tracking number, you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred as well as a 3% credit card processing fee.
