I ordered the gift card expecting an electronic copy sent to my email, but there was no place to put in an email address. I figured it would come to me and I would just forward it to my husband for Father’s Day. After waiting 24 hrs with only the receipt, I requested it be re-sent. It showed my email address, but I still never got it. I ended up just telling my husband about it, and he just went into the store. First, the email with the gift card never sent (even though I requested re-send option 3 times), and secondly it was set up to send to a different email - not sure how as I couldn’t find any link to that email on my side… and tried to go through the process again and still found no place to put an email address for recipient. I did this through mobile phone. My husband was able to redeem no problem, but stated the people at the store confirmed my gift card was never sent. Very frustrating.
