Total Eclipse plastic - features both color glow cores and color glow rims.

Note: Due to the vibrant color cores and rims, Total Eclipse Color glow takes slightly longer to charge, and glows with slightly less intensity than our normal Eclipse plastic. As always, please use dedicated UV light sources for best results.
